Antibody or protein production with CHO cells
Depending on the needs and objectives sought, we offer cell media with distinct properties.
Record yield: Our high‑performance medium combined with its specific feed achieves exceptional titers, up to 14 g/L in fed‑batch. Cell density > 8 million/mL, viability > 90% at day 14.
Industrial production: This balanced medium prioritizes stability and long‑term viability. Ideal for large volumes where every batch must be reliable. Titers > 10 g/L.
Optimized quality: Certain products (bispecifics, ADCs) require a very precise purity profile. Our quality‑focused medium controls variants and glycosylation without compromising yield.
Start‑up or clone screening: Our versatile medium is easy to use and works with all CHO sub‑lines. Robust growth from the first trials.
Single‑cell cloning: Our cloning medium promotes proliferation from a single cell. Success rate up to 90%.
HEK293 cells for gene therapy, viral vectors, transient proteins
Transient proteins: Our growth medium, supplemented with a suitable feed, is optimized for rapid production without stable cell line development. Yield up to 800 mg/L.
Viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus): Our all‑in‑one transfection medium requires neither medium change nor feeding. A single step is sufficient. Viral titers > 1×10¹¹ vg/mL, transfection efficiency > 90%.
Adherent cell culture: Vero, MRC‑5, stem cells
Increasing available surface area: Our microcarriers (disks or spheres) multiply the surface area in the bioreactor. Supplied sterile, ready to use. Up to 1300 cm² per gram.
Eliminating the CO₂ incubator: Our gas‑permeable membrane flasks and plates allow air to pass through but not liquid. Ideal for small volumes (1 to 50 mL) during protocol development.
Cell lines
We offer two cell lines, delivered in cryovials on dry ice, with all the necessary documentation for regulatory submissions (IND/BLA).
CHO line: High titer, tolerant to lactate, ammonia, and high osmolarity. Already used in more than 70 projects that have received IND approval.
HEK293 line: Transfectability > 90%, ideal for viral vectors and transient transfections.
These lines require a commercial license. We assist you with the procedures.
Complementary Media and Reagents

- NK / CAR-NK cells: serum-free media and feeder-free kits. Expansion up to 10,000×, CD3⁻CD56⁺ purity > 90%, up to 99% after purification.
- Stem cells (hPSC / hiPSC): xeno-free defined media, recombinant vitronectin, differentiation kits.
- Reagents and enzymes: GMP-grade recombinant trypsin, collagenases, endonucleases, cryopreservation media, attachment factors.
- Other needs: hMSCs, sera and supplements, classical media, buffers, thawing solutions.
